Hi there. I’m Robin Hersh. I’m a fitness ninja. You can be one, too!
I’ve always been super-sporty. Name a sport, I’ve played it. That’s probably why I love triathlons: three sports at once! So it’s no wonder that I turned this love into my life’s work.
Along with all of my sports-career bling, I also have a ton of training certifications: ACE, NCCPT, Metabolic Effect (training + nutrition), AFAA group fitness, Madd Dog Spinning, and Les Mills’s Bodypump, CXworx, and RPM classes.
On my time off, I combine crazy-fun adventures, like riding clear across the country or getting dirty on the Muddy Buddy biathlon, with hardcore marathon training. I like to push my body to the limit.
I bring this enthusiasm and fun to my clients, focusing on building balance, strength, and resilience. There’s no one-size-fits all solution with either fitness or nutrition: we find what works for you and what integrates practically into your life. Especially if you don’t like gyms, need an effective home workout routine, or travel a lot for work.
I’ve created programs for clubs and groups, and my personal training clients range from couch potatoes looking to get active, to brides getting ready for their big day, to experienced athletes aiming to up their game and stay injury-free.
